Family Supporting Faculty Organization

The objective of FSF is to enhance the education of the students of St. Joan of Arc by supporting cooperation and communication between parents, teachers, and school administrators. FSF will assist the school in providing needed financial and volunteer resources to help enrich the school community.

Parent Volunteer Policy

Parent involvement has always been important to our school, and we firmly believe that our school would not be as successful without this assistance. While working parents may find it difficult to assist during the day, we have many activities that require assistance in the evenings. Some activities include family nights, book fairs, FSF officers, School Commission, etc.

In the enduring spirit of the SJA families’ support of the faculty and staff in the SJA school community, it is expected that each family will identify and participate in 3 activities throughout the school year where they will donate their talents. These activities will be identified by the families at the beginning of the year, and must be completed by year end. If a family is not able to complete their involvement requirements a $25 fee for each activity will be added to their tuition bill.

Sign in sheets will be provided at each activity and each parent will need to sign in to document their participation.
