Everyone who has a part must have their costume there on Tuesday for the costume run through. Run through till 4:45.
On Wednesday it is only for the cast not stage crew till 4:30. The little kids’ pawn chorus also is not needed on Wednesday.
Thursday is a complete run through till 5PM STAGE CREW is needed ON Tuesday, Thursday and SAT. 6:30 to 8:30 and on Sunday From 11:30 to 3:pm. If there are any questions please e-mail me atdhatfield@sjoa.org Thanks Ms. Hatfield
Our first performance is for the school on February 10th in the afternoon. February 11th, students that have speaking roles need to be here between 5:15 and 5:30 and on February 12th between 10:15 and 10:30. All pawns need to be here by 6:15 on Saturday and 11:15 on Sunday. Show begins at 7PM on Saturday and 12 PM on Sunday.
COSTUMES> Proper Authorities need white and black clothing, Hatta need shirt and dark pants or skirt. Announcer need sport type Jacket and shirt and pants, Conductor, Vendor, Ticket seller, needs dark pants and a shirt. Tourists wear whatever they would like. Regular Pawns need to wear shirt and pants unless they have another role. Mother needs a dress or skirt and blouse plus a coat. These need to be brought in no later than February 8th.
