From the School Office…
Financial Assistance Applications
Financial assistance through our St. Theodore Guerrin financial assistance award program are now available. Financial Assistance is available to families in grades K-8. You may pick up your application in the school office. If you have any questions, please call Patsy.
We will open registration to everyone on January 29, 2012. Currently, we are trying to decide how many classrooms we will need in the primary grades. Kindergarten and First grade have many requests. If you are planning on your child enrolling in St. Joan of Arc next year, and your child is in one of these grades, please let us know ASAP.

SJA is Open for Business….Sunday, January 29th!
We all know how terrific our school is. On Sunday, January 29th, it’s time to let others know too.
SJA’s Open House is on January 29th following the 10:30 mass. Our school is a place where our children learn and play and experience. It is also a place where their parents come together to help and lead and — in the case of an open house — show off. Come help showcase our school and its many attributes. Here is where your help would be most appreciated:
Set-up on the 29th — Ideally four men would be awesome! Set-up between the hour of 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Men, grab your mug of joe, talk and move!
Assistance during the Open House from 11:30 to 1:30 — Parents are needed to help prospective families sign in, to help lead small tours throughout the school, answer questions, etc.
LEASE, if able and willing, consider helping out with this event that helps determine who may be sitting to the left and right of your child in his or her classroom the next school year. Contact SUZI ABELL at suzi.abell@gmail.com or 445-2937 if you can help in any way.
Thank you!
The Show Must Go On…with our help!
If you are able to assist in a multitude of ways with the school performance the second weekend in February, please pay a visit to the sign up sheets on the FSF bulletin board (outside of the school office) and sign up today. For questions or in lieu of signing up at the school, email Shannon Smith at shannonmjsmith@gmail.com.
Thanks!
Volunteers for School Play
If you are able to help in a multitude of ways with the school play in February, please let Shannon Smith know and/or sign up on the sheet located on the FSF bulletin board. Thank you!
