From the Library

On May 13th, families were invoiced for the cost to replace lost or damaged books. Patsy Johantges will accept payment until 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 18th. Students with outstanding fees on their library account may not participate in Field Day on Friday, May 19th.
Please note: I cannot accept a replacement from a retail book store to settle an account. Our library books have reinforced binding to withstand the wear and tear that comes from being loved by lots of kids. Families will be invoiced ONLY for the cost to replace the missing book(s). Shipping costs and library processing fees (spine labels, IMCPL barcoding, jacket protectors, etc…) will be covered by our library budget.

To view a list of what your child has checked out, visit Login using the library barcode number, printed on the back of your student’s library card. The last four digits of the barcode serve as the PIN.

As always, please don’t hesitate to contact me at
Thanks for raising readers and future leaders!
Mrs. Nagle

Thank you to everyone who made Cultural Arts such a success, especially Mrs. Hatfield and Miss Funk. The performances were wonderful! The art was beautiful and the food trucks were delicious! We had hoped that families would be able to make a night of it, eat, enjoy and not feel like they had to stay for the whole event. I have to say everything worked perfectly, families were able to come and go, the gym felt less crowed and many stayed after to hang out and relax. We appreciate everyone’s willingness to try something new as our school grows and we hope to continue this new tradition in the years to come.

FSF would like to thank everyone that supported FSF this school year; especially all the parent volunteers! Due to your support, FSF events such as the children’s area of the French Market, Bingo Bash and family events (i.e skate parties) were a huge success! Not only were we able to raise money to support the school, we had a great time! Thank you again and have a great summer!

CYO & Other Athletics

CYO has been approved to accept the Free/Reduced rate for sports registrations. If a family has filled out the application for free and reduced lunch there is no need to do any further paperwork. If you are approved for a reduced rate in the lunch program you will receive that same reduced or free rate for Sports. i.e. : if a sport costs $65.00 the reduced rate will be $10.00, and Free would obviously be $0.00. The amount will need to be adjusted manually so if you do register for a sport email me directly for the adjustment.
Let Mrs. Bartone know if you have any questions.

Catholic Camping Makes a Difference! That difference can be found at CYO Camp Rancho Framasa in Nashville, IN (with day camp offerings in Indianapolis)! Check us out for fun & faith filled program opportunities. We have openings in our Summer Residential Camping Programs (ages 7-18) and in our Summer Indianapolis Day Camp Programs (Entering K-3rd grades). Send a kid to camp and you will be his or her hero.
