If you are planning on your child enrolling in St. Joan of Arc next year, and your child is in one of these grades, please let us know ASAP.
Calling all bakers!! We need some neat treats to sell before & after the Saturday performance of Wonderland. We would like the items on Friday the 10th. We could also use a couple volunteers to sell items. This will not interrupt your ability to view the performance. Please contact Leslie VandenBussche (lvandenbussche@sjoa.org) if you can help out in any way.
Wonderland dinner tickets are sold out for Saturday night. We have a few performance only seats available and there are still openings for the breakfast performance on Sunday, February 12.
LOST & FOUND: PLEASE CHECK IT OUT IF YOU CHILD(REN) HAVE MISSING ITEMS. ALL CLOTHES/ITEMS WILL BE TURNED OVER TO THE PARISH FOR THE REFUGEES ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 8.
Spirit Wear Forms are now available outside of the office. You may pick one up or have your child pick one up any time before February 10, (next Friday). Orders will be placed on that day and will be delivered no later than February 24. This will be your last chance to order until April. Thank you.
From FSF (Families Supporting Faculty)…
FSF Explanation regarding Volunteer Hours
FSF is charged with the task of tracking volunteer activity according
to SJA policy. Last week, we sent out notes to each family letting
them know how many volunteer credits they have according to what they have logged into the red FSF binder. The only information FSF has on your volunteering activities is what you put in the red binder. If you have forgotten to log your activities including your participation
on one of the SJA committees, please do so now. The red FSF binder is located at the front desk in the office. If you are not able to stop by the office, you can e-mail your name, child’s name and grade, and how you volunteered to shannonmjsmith@gmail.com. FSF will be HAPPY to update your credits.
If you are looking for additional ways to volunteer, please
check the FSF board in the main hall. There is a sign-up sheet for
volunteering at the school musical and a list of other SJA volunteer
opportunities. Thank you for volunteering and helping to make SJA a
wonderful school.
School Production is SJA’s “Superbowl”
Next weekend, we dim the lights, cue the music and let the kids take center stage. Won’t you help? Here’s where there is the most need:
Dressing rooms
Sunday brunch volunteers
Brunch items
Saturday servers
Please see the sign-up sheet on the FSF bulletin board. Look at where your time and talents may be best utilized by taking a look at the school musical sign-up sheet located on the FSF bulletin board.
Thank you!
Volunteers for School Play
If you are able to help in a multitude of ways with the school play in February, please let Shannon Smith know and/or sign up on the sheet located on the FSF bulletin board. Thank you!
