Santa’s Book Shop Thursday

Santa's Book Shop, 2010Missed out on Black Friday? Couldn’t find everything on Cyber Monday? Try Santa’s Book Shop Thursday! It runs from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Doyle Hall.

Please remember to talk with all your students about who they might buy books for as Christmas presents. I’ve attached a list (SantasBookShopList) so you can give them (and the elves who will be helping the younger shoppers) some ideas. For ex., if Aunt Ethel loves cooking, suggest cookbooks. If Uncle Henry likes true crime, then make a note of that, too. We have tons of grown-up books for your kids to choose from, and think you’ll enjoy shopping for kids’ books from our wide selection.

You can’t beat our prices, either:

Adult Hardbacks: $2.00
Juvenile Hardbacks: $1.00
Oversized Paperback Books: $1.00
Paperback Books: 50 cents
Juvenile Paperbacks: 25 cents
Records, Tapes & CDs: 50 cents to $1.00
DVDs: $1.00 – $3.00

I’d love to have volunteers for set up on Wed. from 6 to 9 p.m. and for packing up Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. Email me at sbatt@sjoa.org!
