St. Joan of Arc Early Learning Programs have existed for over ten years and have established lasting strong foundations and relationships with countless families.  In August of 2018, The Early Learning Center, located at 4186 Broadway Street, was established as a year-round child care center.  In late 2019, five preschool classrooms were added allowing for increased enrollment for infants and toddlers.
