The St. Joan of Arc A.R.M.O.R. program is a school-wide Positive Behavior Intervention & Support (PBIS) System. The program encourages regular, predictable, positive learning and teaching environments. Teachers and staff serve as positive models for behavior expectations. The A.R.M.O.R. program creates a system for providing regular, positive feedback to students, improves social and emotional competencies, and develops environments that support academic success. All students in K-8 grade will learn the A.R.M.O.R. acronym and strive to model the 5 A.R.M.O.R. principles: adaptability, mindfulness, integrity, accountability, and respect. Please see the A.R.M.O.R. parent guide attached below for more detailed information.
